On Friday, July 31, Rear Admiral Wayne Justice (USCG Ret,), Treasurer of the Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAACC) Good Deeds Foundation (GDF), presented a symbolic check for $13,500 to nine JROTC Instructors attending the “en mask” pre-school reopening JROTC planning meeting at Rockledge High School. Each of their units received a $900 check. GDF will distribute the remaining 6 JROTC checks before school reopens on August 24, a delay
