Publisher’s Notes

As we enter 2022, so many of us talk about setting New Year’s Resolutions with good intentions; we talk the talk, but never are quite as successful trying to walk the walk! We very often have a way of falling short after only a few short months, and end up being disappointed in ourselves.

In my publisher’s notes this month, I want to publicly claim that I too, fall into this category.  I promise you that I could be the poster child for falling short on New Year’s Resolutions!  I would like to share the following with you.  These questions might be able to give us some things to think about before proclaiming those resolutions that we attempt to hold ourselves to.

Personal Growth

• Define your top core values.

• What did you learn from challenging experiences last year?

• What would you have liked “the you” from 10 years ago, tell “the you” you are today?

Relationships

• What are your strengths and challenges in relationships?

• What top lessons have you learned from past relationships?

• What is working in your current relationships, and where can you improve?

• How can you better support your loved ones?

Goal Setting for 2022

• What are your goals for 2022? This month? The next ten days?

• How have your goals changed over the past years?

• What can you do each day to move towards your next milestones?

• What do you want to ACCOMPLISH MOST in LIFE?

In closing, I believe that, with God’s help, my goals can be best achieved by taking a good look in the mirror; daily personal growth must come first to achieve the yearly resolutions we set out to accomplish.

Wishing you all the best for a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!
